It is important to know what your goal is to determine what equipment will be best for YOU!  The MYGM equipment is incredibly versatile but below gives an overview of what equipment is most suitable to workout each area of your body! 

 Lower Body & Booty Core & Abs Upper Body & Arms

 The MYGM Resistance Bands come in different resistance levels.  If you are new to exercise then we recommend that you start with the Light or Medium level Resistance Bands.  If you are exercise frequently and want to build your strength even more then the Medium or Heavy level Resistance Bands will likely be best for you.
