Returns & Exchange Policy
MYGM can not provide any refund or exchanges for fitness products due to hygiene reasons.
However, if the goods you receive are faulty or incorrect, you may return the goods and MYGM will provide a refund. Contact the MYGM support team if you need to return faulty or incorrect goods. Goods must be received unused and in their original packaging for a refund to be provided.
Any returned parcel sent back to MYGM without acknowledgement from the support team will not be exchanged/refunded.
